Terms and Conditions Ulertoto – Complete Guide for Members

1Member Eligibility

To register and use ulertoto's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not residing in a country or territory that explicitly prohibits online betting activity.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban imposed by any regulatory body.
• Registering only one personal account in your own name.

Ulertoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while verification is carried out. Accounts found to have been registered using false information or belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the ulertoto platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of our terms of use.

6Member Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language towards our support team or other members.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the ulertoto platform.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
• Using a false identity or making fraudulent claims to the support team.
• Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

Violations of the code of conduct may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach. In cases involving fraud or illegal activity, ulertoto reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

7Account Closure

7.1 Member-Initiated Closure

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the ulertoto support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled along with the bonus balance. Valid cash balances will be returned via the standard withdrawal method once the verification process is complete.

7.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

Ulertoto reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Reporting or evidence of fraud and abuse.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

During the exclusion period, the account will be fully blocked and cannot be reactivated before the chosen period expires.
